My interest in photography was piqued when I was still in middle school. From that moment until today, I continue to study the art form and refine my skills in a never-ending quest to become a better photographer. While all aspects of my photography have evolved over time, I have been consistent from the start in my efforts to produce photography that provides a unique and engaging perspective of the world and the people around us. I believe the world is a beautiful place and my goal is to bring to the forefront, the beauty that can be found everywhere and in everyone – should we choose to look.

I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively and shoot in locations such as Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Chile, The Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, The Caribbean and across North America. Regardless of where I am, I work to capture imagery that presents the beauty of the environment we live in and the people we interact with.

The philosophy and the approach I have for my fine art photography is the same as the one I follow for my commercial work. I believe there is much beauty in the products and the architecture that I photograph, and I look to feature this beauty throughout all the images I shoot for my clients. My process is to work collaboratively with clients, to understand, or help develop the vision they would like to see realized and then bring that vision to life. Much creativity comes from this collaboration and it is the first and most important step in the creative process, which takes place long before I pick up my camera.

For me, photography is so much more than a creative outlet. It is a way to express what I believe in. Photography liberates me to express myself visually and articulate my values through the imagery I produce. My photography captures the beauty in front of my camera, regardless of subject matter, but in doing so, it does an equal job of capturing the essence of the person behind the camera as well.
